This Privacy Policy explains how ZERO GRAVITY PLAZA CO., LTD (“Vcans.ai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the data controller, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website or join our early-access waitlist. Vcans.ai is currently in a pre-launch phase; this policy covers our website and waitlist, and will be expanded before the product becomes generally available. A note on how Vcans.ai works

Vcans.ai is a desktop application that runs on your own computer. The AI workers you build (“Cans”), the files they use, and their execution stay on your machine, and you connect your own AI provider using your own API keys. Because of this local-first design, we do not collect, transmit, or store the content you process inside the application. The data described below relates only to our website and waitlist.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you provide directly:

• Your name;
• Your email address, which is verified via a one-time code;
• Your phone number and country dialing code, which are optional.

When you browse the website, we and our processors may automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies for security and analytics.

How we use your information

• To operate the waitlist and notify you about early access;
• To verify your email address and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse;
• To send product updates you have consented to receive;
• To measure, secure, and improve our website;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal bases for processing

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (which we do not do). To exercise any right, email support@vcans.ai. Children’s privacy

Our website and waitlist are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party AI providers

When you use Vcans.ai with your own AI provider, your use of that provider is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for how third-party AI providers handle data you send to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves or as required by law. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
