These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement governing your use of the Vcans.ai website and early-access waitlist operated by ZERO GRAVITY PLAZA CO., LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use this website or join the waitlist. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Pre-launch service

Vcans.ai is currently in a pre-launch phase. The website provides information about the product and lets you register interest via a waitlist. Features, positioning, availability, pricing, and timelines are subject to change, and nothing here is a commitment that any feature or release will be made available.

Waitlist registration

When you join the waitlist, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to verify your email address using the one-time code we send. You are responsible for the information you submit. Joining the waitlist does not create any right to, or guarantee of, access to the product at any particular time or on any particular terms.

The Vcans.ai software

Vcans.ai is designed as a desktop application that runs on your own computer. When it becomes available, your use will be governed by the license terms provided with the software. You are expected to connect your own third-party AI provider using your own API keys, and you are solely responsible for the accounts, credentials, and any fees or usage costs charged by those providers. Subject to those license terms, the AI workers (“Cans”) you create remain yours.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authorization.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Do not use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Vcans.ai name and brand, is owned by ZERO GRAVITY PLAZA CO., LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to view the website, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZERO GRAVITY PLAZA CO., LTD and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the website. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

Governing law
